But if they don't fit in with the people around you and the things that you enjoy, then life can get in the way leaving you feeling demoralised and demotivated.

I'm not the right dietitian if you want someone to just provide a meal plan and tell you what you can and can't eat. But if you would like to try a more practical approach, I can help you look into your lifestyle and develop the skills to work out what works for you.

If you have got to the point where you are tired of the scales I can also support you with a more intuitive eating/health at any size approach to improving your health. without focusing on weight loss.
