When you have had your diabetes for some time it can be challenging to remain motivated to make changes. I addition starting on medication and the longer term complications of diabetes can make things more challenging.

If trying to make healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle left you feeling frustrated, confused about what changes you should make and guilty for wanting to do the things you enjoy, I can help you look into your lifestyle and develop the skills to work out what works for you. This might include a goal of weight loss, but if you are tired of watching the scales then I can also support you with a more intuitive eating or health at any every size approach to improving your health.
